As the number of shares is modified, the page dynamically updates to display relevant information, including the share price, estimated annual expenses for the property, the average number of nights per year that the buyer can utilize the properties, average annual savings compared to short-term rentals, and the savings return on investment.
The details page also showcases the average number of overnights per year categorized by seasons. For each season, a slider is available, allowing buyers to adjust the nights they wish to allocate to that specific season. In cases where a sale comprises multiple properties, individual sliders are provided for each property.
